Scorched Earth is a small game terrain and accessory producer based in Adelaide Australia.

We have worked on a range of terrain for 28-32 mm scale war-gaming for the last three years. This work has culminated in the first magnetized war-gaming terrain system. Each element of the terrain is attached to its neighbors by a system of rare earth magnets allowing for flexibility, rapid setup and easy storage. All sets are sold as MDF kits to keep the price down, and will require painting and assembly.

Today we release the first components of the range:

Small Bunker/Building

This set comprises one level, one upper level, four windows, two doors and two security doors.

The building is 11 cm high and 13 cm wide (not including the buttresses). Additional levels can be added to create taller structures.

Forward Bunker

This is the same part as the upper level of the bunker/building and can be used as a forward bunker with underground access.

Forward Bunker Base 

As a first release bundle, we are releasing the Forward Bunker Base. This bundle includes two open upper levels and a connecting walkway. The base is 39 cm long, 13 cm wide and 3.5 cm high (not including buttresses). The walkway allows bases up to 35 mm wide. The reason for this, is that in the terrain system, different sized walkways force tactical decisions. A trooper in a large battle suit would break a small walkway and plunge to their death, whereas a lighter trooper would be able to negotiate it easily.
