KORE AERONAUTICS UNVEILS KA141 TALON

Company’s new combat LARC variant poised to become the ‘go-to’ helo for the modern combat theater.
Kore Aerodynamics are proud to unveil the KA141 Talon. A variant of their flagship KA101 LARC, the Talon is the first in a range of specialised variants. A dedicated platform designed for a multi-aspect battlefield roles, the combat-ready Talon is both perfect for small operations and equipped to meet the needs of military contractors and armed forces alike.

KA141 Talon: Prime Configuration

We at Kore Aeronautics recognise our clientele’s need for a versatile helo capable of performing a number of functions in a broad range of operations. The Talon is such a craft.
In keeping with Kore’s corporate ethos of low cost, high value, the Talon is available in a variety of configurations. The Talon is designed to optimise end-user flexibility with a weapons load-out that ensures our customers can rely on the Talon in any hostile environment.
Whatever your mission parameters—be it ghost-op, hot retrieval or escort—you can rely on the Talon and its triumvirate of weapons systems. Whilst the dual ‘Handy-Gat’ configuration offers market-leading firepower, both the Koffin AGL and twin quad-mounted Sky Streak missile systems can be further personalised to your operational requirements.
Put simply, the firepower to weight ratio of the KA141 Talon allows it to punch well above its weight.

Loadout Alpha

Kore Dynamics KD355

Inspired by its Kore Dynamic prefix, the KD355 is known as the ‘Koffin Dodger’ due to the distinctive coughing noise it makes when fired. The go-to option for any theater, the KD355 is a belt-fed full-auto grenade launcher. It is chin mounted and designed to fire a range of preloaded grenades. A 200 round ammo bin as fitted as standard. Larger capacity bins are available at your Kore Aeronautics dealership.

Kore Dynamics Series 6 ‘Handy Gat’

Created in conjunction with our R&D partners at Gatling, the Kore Dynamics Series 6 ‘Handy Gat’ is an electric minigun firing 7.62mm ammo. Side door / skid tube mounted, its modular omni-mount offers a generous arc of fire.
If crew count is a consideration, the Handy Gat’s can be locked in a variety of positions and fired remotely via the pilot’s 2nd Gen. ‘Sceptre’ joystick. The latest of 2nd Gen. PLC’s line of cutting edge joysticks, the Sceptre features multiple programmable triggers.

Sky Streak Systems IV Quad Omni-Missile System.

Supplied under formal license agreement by our partners at Sky Streak Systems, the Sky Streak IV quad omni-missile system is capable of firing a variety of missiles including AA anti-tank, incendiary and high explosive.
Both Sky Streak and Kore Dynamics offer a diverse range of compatible missile systems. Catalogs are available on request. The Sky Streak IV comes in a quad configuration and can be preloaded in any loadout desired with variable pilot-operated triggers as standard.
NB Guidance systems are internal only as onboard missile tracking and targeting function are not fitted as standard. Advanced multitrack systems are available as optional extras. Contact your local Kore Aeronautics specialist if required.

D.J. Valk External P.A. System

Kore Aeronautics—in conjunction with hip-hop megastar D.J. Valk—are delighted to announce every factory standard Talon comes with a fully integrated exterior/interior D.J. Valk 7th Gen. sound system with 200TB of music preloaded to the customer’s specification.
The D.J. Valk P.A. system is designed to utilise the latest in sound technology to ensure that not only can you hear your chosen music with 100% clarity, but so can anybody within 25 kilometres.
We at Kore Aerodynamics believe that merely defeating your opposition is not enough, you should do so with style, and the D.J. Valk P.A. system allows you to do just that.

“So I’m called in—on a Sunday no less—on an emergency contract to rescue some dumb Corporate Raider from a hostile LZ in West-Sheffield. So when my usual helo is down for maintenance (again!), the local Kore Aeronautics rep offers me the keys to her shiny new Talon. At first I just thought, ‘Damn! That thing’s so small! I can barely carry a six-pack in the back, let alone extract a Triple Rate bonus boy from an office ‘plex two blocks south of a warzone.” I tell ya though, that bird can fly! I took a left turn at the Cineplex on Main, headed straight down Winchester and landed her on the Corporate Restaurant on the roof of the Stiel Werks Building. Int. Sec. tried to slap me with a no parking permit, but the Koffin and Handy Gats took care of them, and I’m sure glad that my K.A. rep. loaded the Sky Streakers with A.A.: I downed two inbound Interceptors before delivering the package to a safe zone 200 klicks south.
Would I fly her again? I won’t fly anything else. Have you heard the sound system on that baby? Nobody—and I mean nobody—on the market can match that bass.”

Kickstarter News!

We are just about ready to launch the Kickstarter for this gorgeous model – here is an actual photograph of one of the prototypes that we have had 3d printed. This is off to our resin caster for breakdown into parts, we have a little bit of tweaking to do on the components to ensure that it will go into the moulds smoothly, but those changes will not affect the look or shape of the LARC in any way.

More photos, perhaps with some miniatures to show the scale more clearly, next week!
