Hey folks,

Some of you might have noticed a lull in Khador-related army posts from me over the past few months…here’s why!

In anticipation of the Cephalyx sub-faction’s release at Lock & Load 2014, I got my butt into gear and completed a fifty point Cephalyx army list which you might have seen upstairs in the studio display case. Likewise, I was lucky enough to snag a few games downstairs with some of our players – thanks, guys!

As you can probably tell, I spent a lot of time modifying and converting my Cephalyx force. Every single model has been lovingly detailed with extra Cepahlyxalicious gribblies, including (but not limited to) surgical apparatuses, cutting blades, pipes, wires, mechanical ports, gear mechanisms, and a myriad of other horrific augmentations.

Since there are too many conversions to cover here, I’ll be creating a series of hobby-focused insider blogs to address my work on the army and hopefully inspire you to perform some “surgery” of your own. I’ll also be sharing painting tips, in case you’ve taken a fancy to my non-traditional color scheme.
