With the holiday season rapidly approaching, we’ve got a few important announcements about our despatch and shipping requirements.

Standard Shipping Deadlines

For standard shipping to North America, Europe, rest of the world, make sure your festive orders are in by the end of this month for delivery in time for Christmas.

For the UK standard shipping, make sure your order comes in before Thursday December 6th.

Courier Shipping Deadlines

For delivery in time for 24th December, order by:

Europe: 4th December

Rest of the World: 4th December

North America: 6th December

United Kingdom: 11th December

We appreciate your patience at this time of year. It’s our busiest period in terms of orders, especially with all the fantastic sales events we’ll be running between now and the end of the year. If you’re ordering by standard shipping, it’s also worth considering the slowdown caused by Christmas post.

Once we’ve received your order, we have to pick the correct products, pack them and then post it out to you, either by Royal Mail or courier, depending on your shipping method. This can take some time, especially during this busy period.

The times listed above are an estimation for courier shipping. We would recommend checking with Royal Mail for guidelines on standard shipping times.
